After a journey of almost two years of deeply connecting with my breath and studying this practice, I am ready to guide you through transformational breathwork sessions. I create a powerful space for you to reconnect with your body, your emotions, and your truth. â€‹

 

Whether you’re holding on to past traumas, feeling disconnected, or seeking deeper clarity, Introspective breathwork Therapy is a way to soften, release, and return to your inner wisdom. As a a trauma informed introspective breathwork therapist, I offer sessions in person or online, individual or in groups and each variation provides a unique experience.

What is breathwork? 

Breathwork isn’t just a spiritual practice,  it’s deeply physiological. The way we breathe directly influences our nervous system, brain chemistry, and overall well-being.

Breath and the Nervous System

Every breath we take sends signals to the autonomic nervous system,  the part of us that controls stress, rest, digestion, and healing.

​

  • Fast, shallow breathing keeps us in sympathetic mode (fight or flight)

  • Slow, conscious breathing activates the parasympathetic system (rest and digest)

​

With breathwork, I intentionally guide the breath to shift these states, helping release stored tension and bringing the body back into balance.

​

​Emotional Release and the Brain

Breathwork impacts the limbic system, the emotional center of the brain. By bypassing the overactive thinking mind (the neocortex), breathwork allows access to subconscious patterns, repressed emotions, and unresolved trauma.

​

This is why so many people cry, laugh, shake, or feel immense clarity during a session, it’s the body finally processing what it’s been holding.

Oxygen, CO2, and Balance 

Breathwork helps retrain CO2 tolerance, improving how your body uses oxygen and supporting better:
